Plan International Belgium is looking for a team of consultants to carry out Mid-term and final evaluation of it's five year DGD funded programme, in Belgium, Benin, Bolivia, Niger and Viet Nam.

Areas of focus are as follows:
Belgium
· Advocacy for increased inclusion of children and young people's, and specifically girls', rights, in education and development cooperation politics - target groups: policy and decision makers, (social) influencers[1], teachers, children and young people (school context)
Benin
· Inclusive quality education - target groups: children and young people (girls and boys) in Atacora, Littoral and Atlantic districts
· Gender Based Violence - target groups: adolescent girls, children and young people (girls and boys) and women in Atacora, littoral and Atlantic districts
Bolivia
· Early Childhood Development (protection and nutrition) - target groups: Girls and boys aged 0 to 8 years, and their caregivers in four municipalities of the Andean region
· Inclusive, quality education for adolescents - target groups: Adolescent girls and boys, women and men from vulnerable communities in five municipalities in three districts (La Paz, Chuquisaca, Santa Cruz).
Niger
· Early childhood development (nutrition) - target groups: Girls and boys aged 0-6 years and their mothers (Dosso and Tillabéri)
· Protection against gender based violence - target groups: adolescent girls and boys (Dosso and Tillabéri)
· Inclusive quality education - Girls and boys, both in and out of school, aged 13 to 18 years, and their teachers (Dosso and Tillabéri)
Vietnam
· Early childhood care and development – target groups: Ethnic minority children aged 0 to 8 years (Kon Tum and Lai Chau)
· Disaster risk reduction/climate change adaptation through education – target groups: Children and young people aged 6 to 15 years (Kon Tum and Lai Chau)
